Fidget Quilts
Philanthropy has added a new quilt project to donate to our hospice charities. Fidget quilts are used by individuals suffering from Alzheimer's and dementia. They are small lightly quilted pieces to fit in the lap and allow the recipient to keep their hands busy touching and playing with items on the quilt. This is a fast and simple project that can help you use up those scraps and leftover embellishments. The guild has some fabrics, batting and embellishments available for you to use. Â
